Key Responsibilities
- Align and put into actions Company goals and aspects of the NyamNyam brand based on the Availability, Visibility, Pricing, Promotions and Advocacy into the market.
- Grow and maintain the NyamNyam products Market share and all activities taking place in market in order to find out the performance of the Brands and how it is doing versus the Competitors.
- Develop Ideas and how to implement them in market in order to ensure that our NyamNyam brand is well perceived and ensure there is best customer experience.
- Utilize marketing resources to drive account retention and growth within the market.
- Understand and be able to achieve targets assigned by the business.
- Responds to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Find events and platforms that we can showcase our products.
- Collect and Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Assist in the preparations and organization of promotional materials or events.
- Produce reports on progress within the department and outlines any developed strategies to improve.
- Perform any other relevant duties as may be assigned by Head of Department.
